It is a cosmetic form of tattooing replicating hair follicles. It is used to create new hairlines in either receding or completely bald heads. Scalp pigmentation can treat any kind of hair loss condition in both men & women.
Prices will vary dependent upon your extent of hair loss. During your consultation we will offer an exact quote. However, you can expect to pay from £500 to £2000.
Yes. it is recommended that scalp micro pigmentation is done initially. However, if you have had a hair transplant and wish to have scalp micropigmentation due to hair loss, we recommend a waiting period of 12 months.

The results last up to four years with top up sessions advised every two years. With regular top ups (every two years) there is no reason why your results can’t be permanent.
Scalp MicroPigmentation is purely cosmetic and in no way affects hair growth.
We charge by the hour at a rate of £200 per hour. Your top up can take between 1-2 hours.
Pain is subjective so there’s no simple answer to this. Some clients report a discomfort in particular areas while others can doze off. Thinner scalps and scar tissue may be factors that can increase discomfort though none of our clients have complained of anything more severe. As a non_intrusive procedure we only deposit the ink to the epidermis level of the skin, there is no breaking of the skin, swelling, bleeding or scabbing.
SMP gives the appearance of a full head of hair that has been shaven. Therefore, it will look very natural.
There are limitless different hairlines that we can do & each is unique. Every individual is different so it is essential that the hairline is in keeping with the overall look. We will demonstrate what is available and advise accordingly. It is only when you are completely happy that we will move forward with the rest of your procedure.
SMP is very different to a normal tattoo. We undertake specialist training to do this procedure and use specific needles & pigments that retain their original colour over time.
Your quote will be based on 3 full sessions to complete the procedure. Alopecia totalis clients will usually take 4-5 sessions.
It is recommended that you allow 7-10 days between each session.
